More Kroger P&G Mania: Old Spice Deodorant for $0.49!

This is getting to be a bit absurd. Deodorant for under a buck? No wait, correction. 2 deodorants for under a buck?!?

I like the smell of that!

Above is another picture of the situation at the Kroger on North Highland. More savings from the P&G Mega Event going on there, and at other Jackson Krogers, now thru 1/17/12 (according to the stickers on the shelf). As you can see, Old Spice deodorants are on sale for $1.99.

As part of the P&G Event, you Buy 4 and get $4 off! Right there we're already under a $1/each.

Coupon clippers rejoice! Your homework is starting to pay off (doesn't it always though?). Stack on the $1 off when you buy 2 Old Spice Products coupon from this past Sunday's P&G newspaper insert.

Here's the Breakdown: Old Spice Deodorant (Kroger)

Regular Price = $2.80/each. Sale Price = $1.99. Sale Price - P&G Event ($1) - P&G Coupon ($0.50) = $0.49/each!! Savings of well over 80%!

I stocked up and grabbed 4, cost me a total of $1.96 + tax. That's roughly half of what I normally pay for only 1 stick of Gillette deodorant (not part of P&G Event at N. Highland Kroger).

I'll gladly make the switch to Old Spice deodorant to save about $15! It'll match my body wash, too.

Nothing stinky about that!
